We process your orders within 48 hours after you place an order, and it takes 3~7 business days to arrive at your destination.

 

Shipping Policy

Orders received before 10 A.M. Monday - Friday PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed within 24 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 10 A.M. (PST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS for all orders.

NOTE: Any orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until Monday. 

Domestic Shipping Methods and Costs.

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail (3~7 business days). Cost is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked with a USPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number.

NOTE: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.

NOTE: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. Which will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment. 

INSURANCE
TNO Apparels insures each purchase over $50 during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your address.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact tnoapparels@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase.
